HM-7000P Portable Food Analyzer
The newly launched product – HM-7000P Portable Food Heavy Metal Analyzer is used for quickly detecting heavy metals like Cd, Pb, Cu, As etc. in food, which consists of sample treatment device and heavy metal analyzer.
Portable Sample Treatment Device
Portable sample treatment device is used for the preparation of food sample; it can heat sample to a rather high temperature and process sample in a short time, with no need to connect with external power supply, which is easy to carry and suitable for quick onsite, mobile and lab sample pre-treatment.
Portable Heavy Metal Analyzer
Portable Food Analyzer HM-7000P adopts authorized standard method -- anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV), which is widely applied in food and environmental monitoring in Europe and US, gradually replacing the traditional atomic absorption method due to its low cost and high sensitivity.

Portable Food Analyzer HM-7000P can process product quickly and conduct test immediately after start up. It is much quicker than AAS, AFS and ICP-MS, etc.

We have selected several national standard food samples to conduct test using HM-7000P, with test results shown in Table 4~6:

The test results show that Portable Food Analyzer HM-7000P can be used to test Cd, Pb, Cu, etc. in food rapidly and accurately, fully meeting the onsite rapid detection needs of departments like Academy of Agriculture Science, Industrial and Commercial Administration, Food Bureau and Marine Monitoring Center, etc.
National Standard GB2762-2005 “Maximum levels of Contaminants in Foods” regulates the maximum level of Pb, Cd, which is shown below:

The test results in table 4-6 indicate that the contents of Pb, Cd tested through this method are lower than the national standard. The accuracy of test result is 80%-120%, with the detection limits are: Cd, 0.5μg/kg; Pb, 1.0μg/kg; Cu, 0.5μg/kg.
In conclusion, HM-7000P Portable Food Heavy Metal Analyzer can be used to test heavy metals in food accurately, fully meeting various detecting demands of food industry.
